When you upload a Fan Snapshot, we collect the photo you submit along with the Instagram handle or display name you provide. This content is displayed publicly on the ThrowLive fan feed.

When you visit throw-live.com, we may automatically collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages visited. This data is used in aggregate to understand site performance and improve the user experience.
2c. Local Storage
We use your browser's local storage to remember which Fan Snapshots you've liked, so your preferences persist between sessions. This data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to operate and improve the ThrowLive event experience, display fan-submitted photos on the public feed, monitor and moderate user-generated content, and analyze site traffic and usage patterns. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Fan Snapshots & User-Generated Content
Photos submitted through the Fan Snapshot feature are displayed publicly on throw-live.com. By submitting a photo, you confirm that you have the right to share it and you grant ThrowLive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute the image in connection with the ThrowLive event and its promotional materials.
If you would like your photo removed, contact us at the email listed in Section 8 and we will process your request promptly.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We may use cookies or similar technologies for basic site functionality and analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; however, some features of the site may not function correctly as a result.
6. Third-Party Services
ThrowLive links to and embeds content from third-party platforms including Instagram and Facebook. Fan Snapshot photos and associated handles are retained for the duration of the ThrowLive event season and may be archived for historical purposes after the event. Analytics and server log data is retained for up to 90 days. You may request deletion of your submitted content at any time.
